Adjustable resistance levels: Comes as a set of 5, 48-inch long colored exercise bands. Yellow, Red, Green, Black, and Blue bands can also be combined together to provide up to 84 lbs of resistance. Metal clip system allows you to attach the included soft-grip handles or ankle straps for a more comfortable workout.
