The Landmine Rig Attachment allows athletes to sleeve a barbell into the attachment connected to either a freestanding or wall mounted rig. Very easy to set up the landline rig attachment is very effective for performing back and shoulder exercises. This attachment is perfect for allowing athletes to perform arching movements rather than linear ones and this prevents potentially painful ranges of motion.
