  Located behind the chin up grips are rock climbing grips for a different grip variation, the benefit of these rock climbing grips is they strengthen your hand strength and forearm strength which helps with grip for general weight training.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days; Sunday-Thursday 8am - 5:30pm.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and volume of your products as well as your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You will then have a final chance not to continue with your order if you decide not to go ahead.

BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the other in stock items within your order. When the item becomes available the outstanding items on your order will be dispatched. You will not be charged for any additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.
